Returns


We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received in, unused and in it's original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase for the item.

Process

If you would like to request a return, please contact us on info@pampae.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions via email on where and how to send your package. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving confirmation from us, will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and inspected it, we will contact you via email to notify you on whether your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are for the cost of the product only and do not include the original shipping cost. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages & Issues

If you believe the item to be defective or damaged upon reception or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately on info@pampae.com and we will evaluate and address the issue for you.
